1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.tiffanymicheleportraits.com or any associated image galleries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

2. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Tiffany Michele Portraits and are protected under U.S. copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. Client Galleries & Image Use

Client galleries are private and intended solely for the viewing, proofing, and ordering of images by the client. Downloading or sharing gallery content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Tiffany Michele Portraits reserves the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, website, and social media purposes, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Booking & Payments

All session fees are due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled with a minimum 48 hours’ notice. Final product and gallery delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on project scope.

5. Liability & Rescheduling

Tiffany Michele Portraits is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, illness, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances with prompt notification to the client.

6. Image Storage & Archive

Client images will be available in your online gallery for a limited time (typically 30–90 days). Tiffany Michele Portraits does not guarantee long-term storage beyond that timeframe. Please download or order your images promptly.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
